Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping Times Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days Express Shipping: 3–7 business days Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Returns & Refunds Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, or grooming products cannot be returned. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
